It's Saturday and as usual I'm thinking about...what else...Weddings. I was browsing on Wetv.com and of course viewing all the different upcoming Platinum Wedding episodes and came across the above video, "What's Hot in Platinum Weddings?" This year, platinum weddings are all about the lounge feel, food presentation and lighting. I have also found that many couples want a signature drink at their wedding. Having a signature drink can also save you money versus having an open bar. Recently I was at an event and the signature drink was a very flavorful sangria.
